About Us

We met in April 2012 in New York. On our first date, we went to a street fair and a billiards club since we both claimed to be good at pool. We learned on that date that neither of us are very good at pool but that we had a wonderful connection and great chemistry. Since our first date, we have been pretty much inseparable.

The Proposal

Kevin proposed in January 2014. I was preparing to make a special birthday meal for him and as I was putting together the menu, he was preparing the ingredients in the kitchen. He called me into the kitchen to make she he got all of the ingredients I needed. I was looking at everything he bought and I opened the egg carton and discovered the laminated receipt from our very first date. I turned around to ask him what it was and discovered him down on one knee. The rest of what happened is a bit of a blur as I was completely shocked, but I do remember saying yes!
